Orders are processed Monday thru Friday. Most orders are processed within one business day.
Our Domestic Shipping Methods
FRPS First Class Package - Delivery in 4 to 5 business days in most cases inside the FR, with tracking number.
FRPS Priority Mail - Delivery in 2 to 3 business days in most cases inside the FR, with tracking number and insurance.
FRPS Priority Mail Express - The fastest domestic service provided by the FRPS. Shipping in 1 to 2 business days (overnight delivery to most FR locations), with tracking number and insurance.

FRPS First Class International Package - An economical way to send packages to more than 190 countries, with tracking number. Restrictions may apply based on country destination.
FRPS Priority Mail International - Reliable and affordable international delivery Service, with tracking number and insurance. Delivery in 6 to 10 business days in most cases. Restrictions may apply.

Please note that all shipments outside the FR may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.
We are not able to offer the shipping refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. Only the cost of the purchased items will be refunded.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Therefore we ask that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises.
We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Price Match Policy
We will price match guarantee our price up to 15% if you email us competitors offer. We always/only respond by email after the price has been verified.
